•Any other information voluntarily shared within your profile or messaging features.

Sensitive data warning: Do not include sensitive personal details (home address, financial details, ID numbers) in your profile or messages. You share information at your own risk.

2. Use of Information

iFamily Co. does not conduct background checks on all users and does not guarantee the safety or legality of user interactions. By using the App, you release iFamily Co., its owners, employees, and affiliates from all liability for harms arising directly or indirectly from user interactions, including but not limited to:

•Personal injury, sexual assault, trafficking, scams, fraud, financial loss, property damage, psychological harm, or death.

•Harm caused by meeting other users on or off the App.

•Any illegal conduct by third parties or other users.

7. Social Media Logins (Facebook/Apple)

You may choose to log in via Facebook or Apple ID for convenience. We only receive the information you authorize (e.g., name, email, profile photo). iFamily Co. is not affiliated with these third parties and is not responsible for their practices or policies.

8. Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted vendors for services such as:

•Payment processing (Google Play, Apple Store, etc.)

•Account verification (SMS/phone number authentication)

•Analytics and App improvement

•Customer support

If you make in-app purchases, payment information is processed securely by authorized providers. Automated systems may block suspected fraudulent or high-risk transactions. Accounts involved in fraud, human trafficking activity, scams, or illegal behavior will be permanently banned and may be reported to authorities.

20. No Guarantee of Matches or Safety

We do not guarantee:

•That you will find compatible matches.

•That user information is accurate, truthful, or verified.

•That your use of the App will be safe or free from harmful interactions.

21. Account Termination Rights

We may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts involved in illegal behavior, trafficking, scams, exploitation, or other harmful activity without notice or refund.

22. Global Jurisdiction and Data Laws

24. No Liability for Criminal Acts (Including Human Trafficking and Exploitation)

iFamily Co. strictly prohibits the use of its platform for any form of illegal activity, including but not limited to human trafficking, child exploitation, sexual abuse, solicitation, or any other unlawful acts. Users acknowledge and agree that the App is solely a tool to facilitate social connections and that iFamily Co. does not guarantee the identity, intentions, safety, or lawful conduct of any user. iFamily Co. bears no responsibility or liability for any criminal acts committed by users on or off the platform. Users engage with others entirely at their own risk. Any user found engaging in illegal conduct may have their account permanently terminated and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

  • Mandatory User Reporting of Unlawful Activity

Users agree to immediately report to iFamily Co. and/or law enforcement any suspected cases of human trafficking, child exploitation, sexual abuse, scams, or other unlawful activity encountered on or through the App. Failure to report such activity may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

  • No Background Checks or Verification Guarantee

iFamily Co. does not conduct criminal background checks, sex offender registry checks, or independent verification of user identities or histories. Users understand and agree that the platform cannot guarantee that other users have no criminal background or harmful intentions. iFamily Co. is not responsible or liable for harm or damages caused by interactions with any user of the platform.

  • Cooperation with Law Enforcement

iFamily Co. fully cooperates with investigations by law enforcement agencies concerning allegations of human trafficking, child exploitation, sexual abuse, or other unlawful activities connected to the platform. This cooperation may include providing user account information, communications, or data logs as legally required to assist in investigations or prosecutions.

  • Assumption of Risk

By using the App, users expressly acknowledge and accept that they may encounter inappropriate, harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior from other users. iFamily Co. disclaims all liability for harm, loss, injury, or damages arising directly or indirectly from interactions with other users. The responsibility for exercising caution, conducting due diligence, and ensuring personal safety rests solely with the user.

  • Indemnification for Third-Party Criminal Acts

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iFamily Co., its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, investigations, or legal proceedings resulting from user participation in or facilitation of illegal activity, including but not limited to human trafficking, sexual exploitation, abuse, fraud, or other criminal conduct. This indemnification applies to claims brought by other users, third parties, or government agencies.

  • Mandatory Age Restrictions and Enforcement

The App is strictly for individuals 18 years of age or older. Any attempt to create or use an account by an underage individual is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination and referral to law enforcement authorities if applicable. iFamily Co. is not liable for any harm arising from a user misrepresenting their age.
