6. Age restriction & Safety:
 
The app is strictly intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. Children under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using iFamily.
 
During the registration process, users are required to confirm and accept that they are at least 18 years old before creating an account. By clicking “Accept,” users acknowledge and certify that they meet this age requirement.
 
If it is discovered that a user is under the age of 18, their account will be immediately deleted and permanently removed from the platform without prior notice. Additionally, any content, data, or interactions associated with the underage account will be erased in compliance with data protection laws.
 
We do not knowingly collect, store, or share any personal information from individuals under 18 years old. If a parent, guardian, or any other individual believes that a minor has registered for the app, they should contact us at contact@ifamily.org so that we can take immediate action to remove the account.

By clicking “Accept” on our Terms of Use, you confirm that you:

•Acknowledge that iFamily is used at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any harm, loss, or damages that may occur.
•Waive your right to initiate or participate in any lawsuits against iFamily, including both class-action lawsuits and individual legal claims, and agree to resolve disputes exclusively through binding arbitration instead of court proceedings.
 
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using the app immediately and delete your account. Continued use of iFamily after any policy updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
